    Focus sessions

    Block a set of apps for a set time, started in the app or by voice - “Hey Siri, start a focus session in Sero.” The countdown runs on your Lock Screen as a Live Activity, recent sessions re-run with one tap, and ending a session early means holding the button rather than tapping it.

    Weekly Recap

    Every Monday, a look back at the week: total screen time and how it compares to the week before, the categories and apps that took the most attention, and your busiest and lightest days. It lives in the Analytics tab, and you get a note when a new one is ready.

    Move back through past days and weeks to see how screen time, top apps and pickups have changed. Usage now breaks down by category.

    Scheduled sessions

    Plan focus time in advance. A session starts on its own at the time and on the days you choose.
